FAQ

Do you require a retainer for booking?

In order to secure your date and time, a retainer fee of $50 for Petite and Full sessions is required. Event Photography, including weddings, requires $100 to reserve your date.

Are Retainers Refundable?

All retainers are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by the photographer due to force majeure (Act of God). They are non-refundable as I refuse other session requests to reserve your exclusive booking time. Retainers may be moved to a different date when rescheduling is necessary on the client's behalf.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

All petite and full sessions can be extended the day of the session in 30-minute increments. It is $50 each additional 30 minutes and must be remitted with the remainder of the session fee.

Do I have to order prints through you?

No prints are offered through Willow Oak. I am a service-only company. Your images will be delivered via a customized digital gallery with premium print company suggestions.

Where do I order prints?

Premium print recommendations are sent with your digital gallery delivery. As you decide on who to use, remember not every company maintains calibration of their equipment, so using the recommended labs (those who maintain professional standards of calibration) would be in your best interest.
